We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Hourglass order, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
